chalk or baking soda. Something that absorbs oils and not just spread it around. Good luck!
Wash it - soft sponge and Dawn dish soap will work just fine.
Blue degreaser used in kitchens purchased at Sams Club, 1 gal for around $6.00. Removed the oil and did not harm the paint. Used the same degreaser on auto oil in the garage.
You could also try a little vinigar and warm water
Murphys Oil Soap or diluted Pinesol
Try a little Dawn dishwashing detergent - it's made to get rid of oil.
some dawn dish soap and warm water with a soft rag.
If it is on Flat paint and has seeped right in, in might need to be covered with a Stain block.
Start cleaning with Dawn dish soap, the blue one and warm water. See if that works, next would be Murphy;s oil soap, follow the package directions.
