Hi Ginny! If you soak the etching in white vinegar, you should see it come off (I fill the glass with the vinegar to the mark, and then scrub it in soapy water, after reusing the vinegar in the next glass).
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...
