How do you remove green stains under a tap in the bathtub?

    white vinegar and baking soda into a paste,dab on and leave long enough to remove the stains

    Try Bar Keepers Friend, liquid . Let it set a few minutes then scrub with wet, soft sponge or cloth

    CLR will will remove mineral stains or you can try soaking a rag in vinegar, wrap around the tap and let sit for an hour or so then scrub and try again, depends on how bad it is, Those methods both work, CLR is of course a chemical, the vinegar is your non-toxic option.

    I’ve always great luck just using plain ole Ajax.... make a paste out of & scrub away!

    If it is green, that means you have copper in your water. Yes, use CLR or ajax. Somehow, your faucet is slightly leaking if the stain is under the tap. See if you can remedy this.
