Easy Off in the blue can. Spray it on, turn on exhaust fan, close the door and come back in an hour, scrub and rinse.

I'm a vinegar user as well but soft scrub with bleach will do a nice job.
Whatever you do, do not use harsh abrasives! This will remove the finish and leave the surface open to permanent stains!

Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber gloves. Rinse well.
