How to clean burnt on grease on a pan?

Baking soda and vinegar
1. Sprinkle baking soda in the pan.
2. Spray with vinegar.
3. Scrub with a sponge to remove burnt-on dirt (leave overnight for best results)
4. Repeat process if needed.

  I use a paste of water, salt and baking soda, wipe on and let sit at least an hour. At that point you could add some vinegar so it foams, if you want. Then scrub.
