If it has been on the carpet a long time, it is almost impossible to get the odor out. Mainly because it has soaked into the padding. When cleaning carpet, you do not get the pad cleaned, so the odor remains. Tec spot cleaner is excellent for stains. As for odors, well, it is right down in past the pad and underlayment. You will need to remove everything to accomplishment the odor removal. If you do not pets will continue to go to the same area's over and over again. Good luck.Helpful Reply -

After cleaning up a huge diarrhea mess from my older 100 lb. dog, I then used Orange Oil to reclean the carpet. No remaining smell whatsoever! Google Orange Oil.Helpful Reply -
