How to remove black spots on the caulking around window?s

Some of my windows have black spots on the caulking going around the frame. I cannot afford to replace the windows. Is there an easy way for a non handy person to remove the spots?

The mold has gotten under the caulk. Remove the caulk (use an old paring knife) and buy a caulk that says for windows. Caulk comes in small tubes so you don't need a caulking gun. Make sure the area is very dry before you apply the caulk. Smooth the caulk gently with finger. Clean up with water. Good luck.
Sponge, Clorox/ water mix. Don’t over saturate sponge start with a small section.
A mr clean magic eraser might work well to remove that

Wash with white vinegar or try peroxide. But not together...
