How to remove hard water stain from toilet bowl?

    The pumice scouring stick is less than $2 at my Walmart. I find it invaluable cleaning/ scrubbing away the toilet hard water rings.

    If it's real bad, in the opinion of most, the thing to start with is a Magic Eraser. After you've gotten all the "plaque" off, then finish with a stiff brush and tooth paste. Porcelain is fragile so don't try chipping away the bad parts!!

    I use a few polident tabs with white vinegar. Turn off water in back of toilet. Fill toilet bowl with warm water, add 2 cups white vinegar and 3-4 polident tabs. leave overnight or longer. Use toilet bowl brush then flush

    use a pummis bar...you can pick them up at any hardware store or WALMART....

    I squirt some Dawn dish liquid in the toilet. Then pour in about 1/3 bottle of vinegar in the toilet. Swish around with a toilet brush to foam it up. Let it sit for about an hour or two. Then swish/scrub around with the toilet brush again. Flush. The suds suspend the vinegar above the water line.

    Muriatic Acid. It won't harm the porcelain but it WILL remove the stains. Get it at Lowes.

    Pumice stick! Use gloves wet and scrub gentle. It is going to shine like new.
