Make a mixture of lemon juice mixed with cream of tartar into a paste.Apply heavily and leave on overnight.

CLR. Calcium, lime, rust. Don't scrape the tub too much as it thins the porcelain finish.
CLR but dilute if you porcelai is old. The finish over time will thin and be more fragile. I think of it as caring for the enamel on my teeth.
