I know this sounds odd, but I do not fry much at all, but if I do, I have a propane grill with a side burner. I fry outside on the patio.

Murphy's Oil Soap. You are smelling the airborne grease that has deposited on every surface and, honestly, the only way to get rid of the smell is to get rid of the grease. A scented candle or some of that fabric refresher spray may provide temporary relief.
