Use rubbing alcohol, or Goo Gone, on a rag, and it’ll wipe right up.
Hi Linda,
Here are some other ideas if you don't have WD-40. This suggest baking soda and water and lemon juice if that isn't enough. Click below to read the article. Wishing you the best.

That's easy... Shampoo! It got it out of your hair as well as dirt, oil & who knows what in the first place. I use a less expensive brand like Suave Clarifier or Prell for the really tough grime& scum (I have teenagers with friends😲😵). I keep a $1bath puff on the bottle, so everytime i get out of the shower i clean the tub& tile before i get out. Then I'll do a qwik wipe over everything else with it. If shampoo doesn't give the results I want (a lil OCD) my back ups are: steamer, vinegar, or the Purple Simple Green you can find at Home Depot! Good luck!
Hi. When my girls were teens I also had this issue. What I found worked was a sink full of HOT HOT water and a bit of shampoo. Yes use your shampoo. Now try not to burn your hands in that water and change as needed. Also this dissolved the spray on walls and any place that sticky spray landed. Good Luck. Gigi
