I live in a very hard water area. How do I get rid of hard water stain

I boil eggs and after the eggs are cooked, there is a a hard water residue left on the pot. How do I get rid of it without damaging the saucepan?

Try bar keepers friend
I wash mine as soon as I am done and it gets rid of it in non-stick pans anyway. Try spritzing it with vinegar and see if it gets rid of it, if it is getting thick, it may take a few times.
Hi Susan. If the pots are stainless you can use bar keepers friend. Otherwise soaking them in vinegar should work.
Vinager and water half and half..if it’s a coated pan. Aluminum pans dish soap and a nylon scrubbie.
