ugh......I don't think so :( We had that happen when I was younger at my parents house and it never came out. Hair color (depending on the type) can be hard to get out of anything, but wallpaper is usually pretty porous. -

I swear by Oxy spray. sponge it on, keep it wet. clean it off as long as it takes. -
