Make a paste of lemon juice (not in the bottle) with baking soda. Spread on the surface to be cleaned, let sit for a while and then remove by rubbing gently with a soft cloth. Then rinse with hot water and wipe it dry. Good luck.

Thanks so much. I have been using Texas Pete and/ or catsup. This morning I tried the lemon juice from the bottle and wiped it on with a paper towel. It sparkled faster and brighter than the Texas Pete or the Catsup. I think we have a winner here. Now if I can find a quick, natural way to clean the grates on my gas stove, I will be elated.

Muratic acid from Lowe's. Mix according to directions. Be sure to rinse well. Never use without rubber gloves and eye protection. This works on most any corroded surface. It's so much easier than hours of polishing.
