Two very different things... Don't get them mixed up!
Oh please don't tell us you want to use the rusty knives to fix your problem???
For bags under eyes, ask your doctor. Of course getting plenty of rest is necessary. May try cold pack and yes the cucumber trick does work temporarily.
For knives, I have used silver polish or baking soda or tooth paste ... whatever is handy. I also refer to my old reference book from many years ago ... "The Queen of Clean". Good luck!
Hemorrhoid cream will temporarily reduce the bags under the eyes. Steel wool, sos pad, etc. will take off the rust on the knife.
