There is a stain in my bathtub from a rubber mat being left there for a long time. How can I get it out?
Oh, my goodness, Ladeezee. I'm not much help because I would just fill a spray bottle with bleach and start spraying carefully. It would work.
Soak paper towel in bleach and put it on the silicone leave for a few hours
If you are referring to the grout, use cotton soaked in white vinegar and leave on overnight,or try subbing it with hydrogen peroxide and a toothbrush
Use white vinegar and an old tooth brush. Dab on the white vinegar and leave as long as you can, yes there will be a strong smell of vinegar for a while, then brush away the vinegar with the tooth brush. You could also try baking soda. (bicarbonate soda ). Dampen old tooth brush in the baking soda and just scrub.
Good Luck. Maureen
heavy duty easy off oven ckeaner?
Soak/spray with a 50/50 bleach water spray with a T of Dawn dish soap. Don't rinse. Let soak for an hour, do it again. Scrub with old toothbrush. If this doesn't get it clean you may have to pull out the old grout, clean the area thoroughly & let dry 100%, then regrout.
try the bleach gel toilet bowl cleaner. The gel helps the cleaning solution to stay in place rather then run down the tub. It works for me. I leave on for an hour and come back to clean it, and the mold is gone! Depending on how stubborn the mold is, you may have to reapply and try again, this time with a little elbow grease. Get an old toothbrush, scrub and let the bleach sit another hour. Good luck!
i have used a spray bottle with dilute bleach for years. Spray once a week and leave it. Works like magic
I use clorox clean up ,just spray let it for about half hour and just wipe off should do the job . If not do again and good luck !!
I use a 10% solution of bleach and water in a spray bottle, and keep spraying it until it disappears. Then spray with vinegar to keep from coming back. If its really bad, replace the caulk with fresh caulk with a mildewcide in it.
