You have river rock on a shower floor? I am so jealous.Many cleaners use an acid base and you want to avoid those. I did a quick search and there are several brands of stone floor cleaner out there. One of those and a long bristle scrub brush should do the job, depending on what has taken residence between the rocks. A little bleach would not be a bad thing but heed warnings on your floor cleaner about mixing bleach with it.
