if that does not get all of it, I would then use Baking soda and a small amount of water and I would scrub well.

I've found that the best way to remove hairspray from anything is shampoo and hot water .

try rubbing a little oil onto the hairspray.

Mop with a solution of vinegar and water. Can add Dawn to the solution as well. I have found if I really slather on the solution, let it stand a few minutes and scrub with soft bristle brush, most comes off. I have tile so with your flooring, you may want to make sure your scrub is soft.
