Try Goo Gone or WD-40.
"Goof-off" is amazing
I always use WD-40.
I always use WD40 anytime i have to remove adhesive. spray on let it set a little while and use a razor blade to scrape it all off.
I use WD 40, but Pam works, too. Spray it, let it sit, then wipe away.
Mayonaise works as well.
nail polish remover (acetone)
Use razor blades to scrape it away, always worked on cars as a detail business owner or steel wool both will do the job without damage to glass but not plastic Windows, be careful with plastic or plastic coated windows
Try Goo Gone. It has always worked for me. You have to saturate it with the product and walk away for a while, aprox. 30 minutes. When you return it should come right off. Once you have removed it clean it as usual.
Try a paste of vegetable oil and baking soda. Rub it on with your fingertips or a clean cloth. Once the adhesive is dissolved, clean residue with a spray mixture of dawn and white vinegar.
If it's a glass window, scraping it with a razor blade, or using nail polish remover (with acetone) or WD-40 works best. If plastic window, I wouldn't use acetone or a razor... maybe Goo Gone
Scrape it away with a razor and then use vinegar to clean it away.
