I would try hydrogen peroxide and baking soda with tooth brush first ,you may need something stronger with chemicals and then off to home supply for a good sealer.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

Hydrogen peroxide is my way to go when cleaning grout. Once it's clean use a liquid grout sealer to keep it that way.
