Karen, I know there's lots of spray products out there, but the one product I swear by, for cleaning the shower, tub and grout is the cleanser Barkeepers Friend. I have hard water and also iron so my grout gets orange in no time. I wet the tiles down, then sprinkle the cleanser, let it sit a few minutes, and then take a floor brush and scrub away. I do sections at a time, and the longer it sits, the less scrubbing is necessary. This product has been around since 1882 and is still going strong....and no harmful fumes to knock your socks off. After the first deep cleaning, you'll be able to go back every couple of weeks and the tiles will always be looking brand new. And, it's affordable to boot!! They should sell it at any hardware store, or check on line. ;-)
Oh, and I forgot to mention, but we do have to rinse (of course) :)
I use a home steam cleaner for that job.
Baking soda and toothbrush
I'm not sure, but my cousin is a professional housecleaner. She gave me this little hint: Don't use any kind of bleach on the grout between tiles. It
will turn yellow! This doesn't really answer your question, but good to know.
