How to Clean Your Dried Up Paint Brushes

Debbie
by Debbie
Anyone else out there ever leave a paint brush to dry up with paint after a project? Well I have! Here is my easy tip to restore even the paint brushes you thought were ruined for good.
Caring for your paint brushes.
This brush was unusable. Paint had dried the bristles stiff...months ago.
Soak over night in Murphy's oil soap.
In the morning...like new!!!

ME too. Got painting to do this weekend@ so now don't have to buy new brushes..

Wonder if it would work on the little sponge brush too.?

Does this work on brushes used with oil paint as well as acrylic? What about other products like stain?

I have a whole bunch of beloved brushes who are going to have an overnight bath in Murphy's.
