How do you clean baked on grease on cookie sheets?

I have the same problem! This website shares a few ways to go about it. I am going to start with vinegar and baking soda. For my newer baking sheets, I’m going to make sure to always use baking mats or parchment paper. Good luck!

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide into a paste.
Spread mixture across the top of the pan.
Let sit for 2-3 hours.
Wipe mixture away with a paper towel and water.
If necessary, scrub any remaining sections.
Clean with regular soap and water to rid sheet of any remaining residue.

I soaked mine in boiling water and blue Dawn. That loosened a lot of it. Then scrubbed with an SOS pad. I tried a few other things that worked 'ok' like baking soda, barkeeper's friend, and marble paste. SOS was the winner.
