Normal cleaning I just scrub down with the soapy water (blue Dawn) and my mesh wash cloth. Rinse well afterwards. To give it a bit of a sparkle or remove residue, wipe with rubbing alcohol. For a shine, vegetable oil applied with either a microfiber cloth or paper towel.
I use a stainless steel cleaner and go with the grain.
I use comet it doesn’t scratch and it cleans with bleach and leaves a stain free shiny surface. This sink was just cleaned with comet .

I always use a dishwasher cleaner that has bleach in it and squir some in the sinks and use a sponge with a scrubby side to really get any gunk off - especially in the drains where bacteria likes to fester.
I’ve heard that cleaning with Dawn and following up with vegetable oil is good, too.
I think I’m going to try this method on my stainless steel sink: https://www.bobvila.com/articles/how-to-clean-a-stainless-steel-sink/
