Use Bar Keeper's Friend (powder not spray) and a non-scratch pad. This always works for me.
try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom and scrubbing it.
I use Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser and a plastic round kitchen scrubby or a Brillo pad if its a stainless pot.
Mr. Clean Magic eraser does wonders.
