How large is the statue? I'm thinking it may be greasy, Murphy's oil soap may help or any biodegradeable soap/cleaner should work with an assortment of brushes. Firm bristles not too stiff to damage, or microfibre cloths.

Wet & Forget Outdoor might be a good option for you. Check out their video. It would take a few applications since it's gotten so dirty.

Is it granite or limestone? You can’t use vinegar on limestone. Granite, yes.

Is it more than dirt? Lichens? Air pollution?

Lichens will be killed by a vinegar scrub.

Assuming you’ll have no electricity & no water hose,

I would buy a few different dollar store cleaning brushes, spray bottles & 4-5 buckets for cleaning solutions & rinse water.
