I have a beautiful blue ceramic planter on my stoop that has left a stain on my concrete stoop. I have tried scrubbing it but it doesn't help. What works?
Scrum with vinegar.
Scrum should be scrub
Try CLR and stiff brush broom ; if not try vinegar ( first 2 ways safest) ; if not muratic acid or Dry-Lock etch here's video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEGLg8kT-Oo I live here too AZ water is rough on everything whole house water softener doesn't even do much. one more video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUchC5v8HjM
White vinegar.. I'm in AZ too.. I use vinegar in everything I clean with. Use it in laundry, it softens water and makes clothes soft.. No smell..
Begin by spraying the affected areas with water to get them good and wet.
Fill a bucket with warm water.
Add 2 cups of vinegar and/or 2 tablespoons of dish soap/detergent.
Dip the broom into the water and use it to scrub the surface of the pavers.
Scrub for several minutes until the salt residue and stains start to lift.
Cover the area with clean water to rinse.
Scrub again with the broom.
Allow the area to dry.
If any stains remain, repeat the above steps.
