I found this on one of the composite decking siteswhen paint is dry: use 100% acetone (e.g., nail polish remover) and dilute with tap water at max 50/50, with rag vigorously wipethen - since paint will have been spread around (looking like a stain) - use Goo Gone and finish the rest until clean, is now nearly spotlessHelpful Reply -

I would use Goof Off. Try it in an inconspicuous place first to see if it affects the decking material.Helpful Reply -

xx of Off doesn't work but maybe OOPS might work. We are going to try that today. I am a little nervous about acetone on trex decking. Thank you for the idea. Have you actually used it on Trex deck materials? I splattered an entire gallon of pink paint on the trex deck. Not a happy husband!!!Helpful Reply -
