WOW! Who did the siding job? Peel the tape off. Brace the siding with one hand while peeling off so you don't disfigure/pull the siding. Mineral spirits, rubbing alcohol. WD40, nail polish remover for the residue.

Try tee tree oil.

Pick up some Goo Gone, it works on every surface, you will need to use soapy water once you get the goo off to remove the residue from the goo gone.

You may try simple green, it's a spray. I use it to remove paint on stencils and it works great.

With something as strong as Gorilla tape, I would say you may just need to deal with the adhesive. Try something like Goo-Gone once you've pried the tape off.
