clorox and water in a sprayer 1/3 clorox. Spray surface, wait 2-3 minutes and hose off. If stubborn stains remain, spray again, use a brush or scrubby sponge and rinse. I bought a product "30 Second" cleaner, $20.00 a gallon. (As seen on TV) When I smelled it and looked at label, it was clorox, which is about $2.00 a gallon. Buyer beware ! Also works on black mold.

If you spray it well and have a high pressure washer, it really cleans well.

I HAVE TO USE A SCRUBBIE SIDE OF A SPONGE, THAT IS YELLOW ON THE OTHER SIDE, IN THE KITCHEN DEPT, OF A STORE, LIKE WM OR A DISCOUNT STORE. THIS WILL HELP YOU ALOT, IF THAT FAILS, USE A SOS PAD. BEST WISHES, J.

There's a product called Spray and Forget at Home Depot/Lowes Doesn't work instantly but it removes mold without scrubbing. The green stuff is actually algae.
