    Power wash, then maybe seal.

No, we don't seal concrete much in our area. Never dealt with it on concrete. I just know sometimes sealer gets overused on things that don't need sealing and it causes more problems. And of course people don't seal things they should like grout and tile.

  • Use a concrete cleaner and a big scrub brush on a stick to scrub it

I can tell you are old school with scrubbing or blessed with inborn knowledge of the long stick. That’s a compliment big time! Now that I’m older & slower much due to arthritis and all of the hurtful bone problems I hang onto vintage wood brushes with long wood handles. I’m blessed my Dad stashed his high & dry in the garage. He taught me to take care of my tools so they’ll take care of me! Now they are collectors items because barely anyone makes them. 🌷

You'll most likely have to develop a regular regimen of sweeping with a stiff bristle broom, particularly when leaves are falling. As leaves get wet with outdoor temps, some will stain your concrete surfaces.

Wet & Forget Outdoor will help keep the area clean.

Use plastic 5 gal.bucket and and pour 1/4 cup or so to start and wood or plastic scrub brush, no metal. I’ve had & used Muriatic acid for years but it can be very dangerous if you accidentally add water to it instead of a small amount of it to water! It can explode in your face! I can’t caution you enough. It’s great for concrete & my neighbor did his pool, we even cleaned super stained garden rocks w/the holes everywhere, back to pearly white. Good luck 🍀
