Pour or spray white vinegar on the rusted surface and let the vinegar sit for several minutes before scrubbing it with a wire brush. Rinse away the rust with some cold water and repeat for difficult stains. Scrub the surface of the concrete with a brush. Good luck!!

Of course you should try the vinegar first as the least cost solution. If it does not give satisfactory results there is a product called oxalic acid available at paint stores. If it is a pure rust stain oxalic acid will remove it as quickly and easily as any demonstration for an "as seen on TV" product.

Paint it. Or Pour or spray white vinegar on the rusted surface in place of lemon juice for tougher stains. Let the vinegar sit for several minutes before scrubbing it with a wire brush. Rinse away the rust with some cold water and repeat for difficult stains. Scrub the surface of the concrete with a brush.
