try oxyclean used it on my aunts wooden deck...made a paste of it and put it on the icky parts. Let it sit overnight. Scrub, Wash off. It didn’t harm the grass.
You could power wash, but first I would get a big bucket of water and a Heavy Duty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and use that to remove the mildew. It is amazing how clean this product gets anything covered with mold and mildew.
I use Clorox Bleach to kill the mold in the shower. Works like a charm. It might work on mildew. Easy to apply with a spray bottle - let it sit for an hour or so, and then rinse it off. Good Luck.
