What is the best solution to clean mold and mildew on a cedar fence?

Bleach and a scrub brush or broom, rinse.
A 1:1 mix of Clorox and water
I used bleach in a 1:5 ratio with water on a vinyl fence. I'm sure you could use it on cedar, maybe with a little scrubbing? Here's what I did:

the above answers are great - just be careful of any plants below the fence board if using a harsh chemical
Could you powerwash it off to avoid chemicals on your wood fence?
