IRON OUT
The Works toilet bowl cleaner. The original thin one. $2-3 at Walmart or wherever you shop. Then fix your sprinkler heads.
There’s many iron stain removers out there, including muriatic acid solution.
If you’ve plants there, put a plastic drop drop cloth in the area to protect the plants from the chemical going into the soil.
Treat yourself to a different sprinkler head and avoid worse damage to your home.

That product works wonders.....
Try CLR Rust remover.
Power washer will remove the stains.
Naval jelly. It works wonders on rust on anything from concrete to clothing. I've been using it for years. This stuff is a miracle.
