How to get mildew stains off of a vinyl fence

Have a white vinyl or plastic fence in Florida. It gets dark gray mildew stains on it every year. Best things to use to get it to look white again and clean?

We powerwash with commercial cleaners and that works with our vinyl deck rails. I have used the glass cooktop creme cleaner for small stained areas as a manual touch up. Having a waterfront exposure seems to hold moisture on our deck and need frequent -sadly yearly maintenance due to moisture and mildew. The deck and rails can have moisture droplets each morning.
Use a product called "Spray and Forget". Read and follow directions on the container. Worked great on my siding.
