How can I remove sap spots from a TREX DECK. Sap from pine trees…I have tried Varsol, gasoline….??Thank you
I'd contact trex to see what they would recommend so as to not to void your warranty.
Try goo gone sold at home Depot
I agree with both of the other posts. Goo gone or goof off should dissolve the sap, but check with trex to see if you have any issues with the finish. I imagine you won't as long as you use it sparingly. Both those solvents are fairly compatible with most vinyls.
I found taking fine grain Sand and dropping it on the sap spots (rubber gloves) rubbing it in good the let it sit for a few days,then sweep away, follow up with dawn straight scrub and rinse.
