Power wash them.

I pressure wash mine,but if you don't have access to a pressure washer, you can use a bucket of soapy water and a broom to clean them.

Borax and water 1 cup borax 1 gallon of water stir to dissolve spray on let soak in 10 min brush lightly and wash off.Then seal them with water seal product.

A pressure washer will clean your brick pavers. If you don't have a pressure washer, you can rent them. Talk to your neighbors. Perhaps they would be interested in sharing the cost if you will share the pressure washer.
