I need to clean my deck. what is the easiest way and what solution?
My deck is moldy and green. I want scrub it and put a sealer on it to make look like new. What should I use?

Living at a lake house for awhile the deck also became very moldy. The best way I know is to get a long handle wired brush. Scub the deck with the wired brush to loosen up the mold and old stain. Then throughly rinse with a good hose end sprayer that has lots of water pressure to get the railings, nooks and hidden crannies free of the mold and remaining old stain. Do one more wired brush scrub and rinse. Let it dry out for a few days. Once it's dry, sweep the deck clean before staining. Once your stain is good and dry, seal with a high end sealer like - Super Deck- by Sherwin Williams. Re-staining a deck isn't easy, but if you take the time to really scub, it'll pay off in the end.
