How to clean your outdoor space effectively

Hello everyone. Me and my husband start to clean our outdoor area again. Sometimes it can be fun but sometimes it is so annoying (scrubbing the floors, cleaning outdoor furnitures with sponge etc.). I want to do that job bymyself but I also want to save my time and do not want to hurt my back after the cleaning.
Are there some battery powered cleaning tools? I just saw some in the shop but most of them are garden tools with battery. Any advice?
