Yes - follow what Leisa answered. You can rent a pressure washer.

I used , believe it or not , magic eraser !!! But my mold / mildew issue wasn't too bad

And it was reachable. I have heard using a high powered pressure washer isn't the best idea . They make cleaners for this purpose that you attach to your garden hose. I read to hose off ( with just water , after mold is removed) your siding in the spring , summer and fall , to help prevent any build up .

Wet n' Forget Outdoor is used with your garden hose, permitting much less force to strike your siding, thereby reducing potential for damage or rot (which occurs if water gets under the siding panels).

If it's reachable, use lemon dish detergent ( without grease removers) and hot water, a good sponge, and then scrub, using a modicum of force. Rinse and wipe dry with microfiber cloths that have not been laundered with fabric softener.

If you have mulch within 10' of your siding, your mold growth could be an ongoing problem.
