There are many things you can do. Have it power washed, scrub with straight bleach and a deck brush. Don't paint until mold is removed completely. If you wash it, or power clean it , let it dry and paint it ASAP. You could scrub each one separate, and then paint. You don't say how many pavers you have. If it's a few, scrub yourself, and paint. You must be certain that you remove the mold, or it will come through the paint. Good Luck!

I agree with Ebbjdl but use a good mould remover first as that is essential to stop the mould reappearing.

They will need to be Power washed or sprayed with "Spray and Leave" to get rid of the mould. Only then when it is dry should you attempt to paint with a Concrete stain or Paint

Buy wet and forget, follow directions . Works great. Did mine, killed all the moss.

Your first step either way is to clean them first. I would get a power washer and use bleach. If the pavers are colored all the way through you might just be done there.

    Use Wet and Foerget

You can power wash the mold off and re-seal the pavers if you'd like to restore them. They can also be painted, but keep in mind they're very porous. I would suggest re-sealing.
