The bad smell from dog urine from inside her apt comes out when she opens her door and window. Any advice talking does not work. So i figure may there's. Something like a plant. Just don't know what kind. Thanks

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by dog smell? Is it using the porch as a bathroom? Or does it just smell like a dog?
Call the health department. Or, tell them about Essential pee pads. That's what I use in the house and I NEVER have an odor.
Have you discussed the problem with the apartment manager? She could be ruining the unit plus it is a health hazard.
