Personally, I would go with a lighter more neutral color if painting the concrete floor and let the door color be an accent. We recently did the floor of our screen porch. It was plain dirty concrete. We power washed it and then applied a tan concrete stain (from Valspar). Rolled it on with a long handle roller, two coats. It turned out beautiful!

A power washer is probably your best option
A power washer is easy and effective with or without detergent. Sorry but I have to ask, What does the color of the door have to do with anything?????
