Try wet and forget
Kilz is the primer or paint to use. Clean the patio with bleach water and let it try. Repair any area on the patio, or the roof, or connecting to the house, or that has rotting wood. Choose the Kilz color you want, and do at least two coats. Seal it! Best wishes 😇
Hello Charles! Here is great advice on removing mold from your concrete patio! Black mold is toxic so please take precautions if it is truly black mold as opposed to the common type mold we see on food, etc.

Vinegar! Better than bleach in my opinion. Hot hot water and vinegar. Scrub wth a long handled stiff bristle push broom. Then hose off and let dry thoroughly.
Powerwashing, or straight bleach with a deck brush, rinse with the hose. Good Luck!
