Hi this is Peggy. last night I burned chocolate in a pan and what a mess. I soaked the pan overnight with hot water and blue dawn. This morning I poured out the mess and added more hot water with baking soda and vinegar. I boiled it for about 10 minuets and then scrubbed it with an sos pad. Looks good as new. Good luck.
