Try putting on Stain Stick on it first before washing. Let it sit awhile and trying washing again.
There's also a product called White Out, you can find it with the laundry detergent at the store.
I would try spot treating it with Oxy before washing it again

Try rubbing with Fels Naptha or make a paste of Borax to scrub. You can try a whitener but be careful of things like hydrogen peroxide because it may also remove part of the beige color as well.
Add 1-2 cups of vinegar to a cold water was, before laundering your comforter as usal. The acid in the vinegar will help to brak down the urine stain.
Hi Linda, try to run urine-soaked articles through a full-wash cycle using cold water and one cup of distilled white vinegar (without detergent at this point). Vinegar breaks down the uric acid in urine and makes the stain easier to remove - check for stain before trying to dry it. Hope these help you out,

Do not use any detergent. spray the stain with warm white vinegar. Let it sit for about 30 minutes keeping it wet. Then wash with Oxyclean with warm or cold water. Check the stain before putting it in dryer. If it is still there repeat.
Hi! I soak stains in Oxiclean and hot water overnight. It usually works on any stain. For a large item you can use a plastic tote or the bathtub. Good luck!

It may be tough to get out if you already put it through the dryer. The heat tends to set it. However, I've always used Nature's Miracle with success. Good luck!!
