Try "Bar Keepers Friend" it cleans really well and is safe for enamel.

There a product called rust out , think any store like a farm and fleet or Walmart’s, Meirers , etc . I found it in with the Rit dyes . I remember my Mother and her Mother would soak porcelain cups and saucers in a porcelain sink with Milk ! Worked back then , was probably whole milk
Bar Keeper's Friend and/or CLR will remove rust.
WD-40 removes rust! You need to have your sink replaced or re finished by a professional Co.
