Vinnegar should work.
If it is double paned windows, the seal is broken and there is not anything you can do about it short of repair/replacement.
Where is your foggy glass?
If your drinking glasses are fogged up caused by hard water minerals, moisten a hand towel with vinegar and wipe the glasses, vinegar in water will help clear that up. If they still remain foggy, then they are etched and nothing can be done about that.

What kind of glass?! Need more information
Do you need to de fog a glass pane in a window or do you want to know how to make bathroom mirrors fog free?
They make de fogger sprays in the car parts stores for windshields if that if what you are referring to.
I have found that shaving gel foam works , smoothing it out all over the mirror with a microfibre cloth and letting it dry in place and it clears.

Clean dirty windows with a razor, use baking soda and vinegar to scrub them, then polish the glass. If you have condensation on double-pane windows, clean them and replace the rubber seal.

If it doesn't respond to being cleaned, and it is inside a double glazed unit, it will not be able to be de-foged. You will have to have it replaced with new unit!
Add a little soap then rinse it off. This works well on your glasses when wearing a mask.
I should have clarified. The inside of the windshields in both my old cars get terribly fogged especially when it rains here in Florida. The defrost doesn't work on one and the other doesn't help much. I am looking for a product that I can clean the windshields so they don't fog up so much
You can remove the buildup caused by calcium and magnesium ions in hard water by swabbing the glass with acetone (nail polish remover), and then scrub gently with a mild detergent. Soaking the glasses in plain white distilled vinegar for 15 minutes is another effective home remedy.
