How do I quickly remove the paint fume smell

I'm looking for a way to quickly remove the fumes out of a freshly painted bedroom. It seems to be taking 2-3 weeks everytime we paint a room for the smell to be barely detectable. We have the windows open and the ceiling fan going and I can still smell the fumes in my daughter's room, 3 weeks later.

In the interim, use activated charcoal, fresh coffee grounds, open boxes of baking soda in each room to help absorb the odors.
Grab a couple rosemary and lavender plants and keep outside during the day and bring in at night to help you sleep. When painting is done, plant in your yard somewhere for natural bug repellant.
get paint with a LOW VOC.
Maybe some trays of odor absorbent kitty litter may help.
